Welcome, Welcome...to Gav's Instinctive Travels
This is first of many a blog about My Travels...Post Caffeine Movements and the observations I see and then rip the piss out of.
This Week....
The Beginning...
Well after all the niceities of The "FINAL" Caffeine Show...I prepared for the trip of a lifetime... Gav heads to Melbourne.
Now, many of you reading will be thinking "big fucking deal, gav...it's only Melbourne", for me this is BIG deal...the fact is...i haven't seen much outside of anything outside of Perth....i didn't even go out much in Perth....do you blame me though?
Anyway...the flight day was interesting day (for reasons I wont get into)...I was dropped and seen off by dear friend Jaz (thanks for everything, gorgeous). We'll skip the details of the flight because we know what a plane trip is like, but I did miss the Swans Vs Eagles Game...luckily for me the pilot was giving the scores periodically (apart from the FINAL score). But I did get a shitload of messages when I got off the plane about the win to MY Swans!!!....Me being the HUGE Swans Fan I am....I was fucking stoked.
EAT SHIT EAGLES!!!!
This moment here made me smile...when I caught the replay...Mickey O!!!
Apart that fact of life (does it taste good West Coast?)....I arrived in Avalon Airport at about 11pm EST (Avalon is closer to geelong than it is Melbourne...thanks Jetstar). Got on a bus and ripped into the city....a few calls and SMS's from worried Perthians (i.e my mother) and angry Eagles Supporters (abusing me for living) we're recieved on the way in....Jesus, Melbourne is HUGE!!! how many Freeways do you want?
Getting Settled...
The Ladies i'm staying with are awesome...they'll remain nameless (cause i haven't asked if I can be mentioned them in this blog yet). But we all went to a Hip-Hop Show on Monday Evening!!! (he says with shock...Western Australia is TRUELY the "wait a while" state)...with some VERY talented crews rocking the mic up there....crack-a-lackin stuff...(photos will be posted later). It was also awesome to know that people knew me by name over here....creepy stuff.

But speaking of creepy stuff....i had the "honor" of seeing a dead guy yesterday afternoon...the poor bastard was a cyclist who was nailed by truck!!! Thank Fuck, i missed the event (I know Senior First Aid...so guess who would have tried to stopped bleeding) but i was unfoutunate enough, to see the police load him into the body bag and then into the "meat wagon". The thing is I was even trying to get a look at the guy....put the white sheets up on all side Victorian Police!!!
The Crazy thing is....i'm seeing soooooo many car crashes over here....it's mental. Melbourne people LEARN HOW TO DRIVE!!!
AND WHAT THE FUCK IS WITH THESE FUCKING HOOK TURNS!!!

The Course...
My Course is for beginners...i mean...it's easy...err....screw it...It's a shit.... being the best in the room....really I'm not even that good....anyway hopefully this course gets harder...I would like to be challenged. Like in everything in my life...I think most people don't like me already....the lecturer actually...bagged JJJ!!! (gotta love those commercial radio types) I was quietly fuming....go after me...but leave Rosie out of this!!!
